Can Zephyr Trade move my funds?
No. Your keys are encrypted in your browser; our servers only store them encrypted and can't read them. Only you can sign transactions. Nothing moves without a signature from your wallet.
I lost my login wallet or forgot my PIN.
Log in with your username and recovery code. Without your login and without the recovery code, nobody can recover the wallets. That's why it's worth exporting your private keys and keeping them safe. Your login wallet or Telegram account can't be changed, so if you lose it for good, keep logging in with your username and recovery code.
Why didn't my trade go through?
Usually the price moved more than your slippage, or the pool changed. The transaction reverts, no fee is charged and you only pay gas. Try again, raise the slippage a little or use a smaller amount.
Can I trade with MetaMask or another browser wallet?
No. Browser wallets are used only to log in. Trades are always signed by your terminal wallets, which is what makes one-click trading with no pop-ups possible. You can import the same wallet as a terminal wallet if you want to trade with it.
What does "Unknown" mean?
The token comes from a launchpad that isn't listed by name in the terminal, for example one we haven't identified yet. It's indexed and can be traded normally.
Why does a token never move to Bonded?
Some launchpads have no bonding curve: their tokens start directly in a pool.
How does the PnL calendar work?
In Portfolio, click the calendar button on the Realized PnL chart. Each day shows the PnL realized by your sells (green or red), with the month total, wins vs. losses, streaks and active days. Switch between USD and HYPE with ⇅.
How do I turn off pop-ups, sounds or the clipboard pill?
In Settings: Trade toasts turns off all trade pop-ups, Sounds and the sound pickers (Off) mute alerts, and Copied CA quick buy turns off the clipboard pill. In the Tracker's Manager you can also mute each wallet.
Do limit orders work with the terminal closed?
Yes, for tokens trading in a pool: they live in the order contract. For tokens still on a bonding curve, keep the terminal open. Pool orders execute at the real-time price checked on-chain and never below the minimum fixed when you place them, so in a crash that gaps past it a stop loss waits instead of selling. Is there any fee besides the 1%?
No. Network gas, token taxes and launchpad/pool fees aren't ours — see Fees.
How do I report a bug?
Open your profile menu and choose Report a bug. Describe what happened; the page you're on, your active wallet address, your settings and your browser and screen size are attached to help us fix it. Never include a private key or your recovery code.
What is @ZephyrBot?
It's our Telegram bot for logging in with Telegram and for login alerts. It never asks for your keys or your PIN in chat. Always log in from ely.141-148-73-160.sslip.io.
